SALIENT FEATURES

All steel fabricated housing with box type construction.
EN 9 class IV forged rolls.
EN 9 gears in oil filled gear box.
EN 9 screws.
Worm reducer of Radicon / Electron make.
Bronze worm gear in pressure assemblies (for BR3PP model).
digital readout for bottom roll movement (optional, at extra cost)
Carbon shafts with gun metal liners (for BR3PP model.)
TEFC sq. cage electric motor of KIRLOSKAR / CROMPTON / SIEMENS make.
Thick gun metal bush bearings.
Centralized control panel with switch gear from L&T/BCH/HAVELLS.
Center support to bottom rolls, (only for BRPI model).
Heavy joist base frame.
Hinged side for easy removal of shell without removing top roll.
